Privacy policy
Last updated 07 Oct 2026
This policy explains what VM CLOTHES collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Orders and accounts: name, email, phone, addresses and order history, to fulfil and support your orders.
- Cart and wishlist: stored against an anonymous visitor ID cookie so your cart is kept when you return. This is necessary for the store to work.
- Analytics (only with consent): pages viewed, referrer, campaign tags and an anonymised IP address, to understand how the store is used.
- Size profile (optional): height, weight and measurements you choose to save. You can delete it anytime from your account.
Camera and Virtual Try-On
The try-on camera feed is processed only in your browser. Video is never uploaded to our servers and nothing is stored. A photo is only saved if you choose Download or Share, and then only on your device.
Marketing
We send offers by email or WhatsApp only if you opt in. Order updates on WhatsApp are sent only if you tick the option at checkout or in your account.
Your rights
Write to admin@vmclothes.com to access, correct or delete your data. Change cookie choices anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
